DAFA is more than happy to meet with Care Corner on Saturday!
An inspiring partner, Care Corner Singapore Ltd was founded in 1981 to offer a wide range of programmes and services delivered through various social service centres located island-wide.
Each year, more than 50,000 beneficiaries are served by their network of centres that support a diverse range of communities. An epitome of inclusivity, their impact reaches infants from as young as 2 months, to seniors over 90 years of age.
On 27th Jan 2018, the DAFA team went over to conduct workshops on digital literacy and digital art.
Not only does the session marks the beginning of DAFA's collaboration with communities-in-need, it also harvests its core message of sharing digital art, for all.
The session began with a fresh reminder of how much our local communities in Singapore create and receive content online. Sharing a few case studies and tips to encourage participants to be more discerning, the attentive group carried the message forward to create numerous interesting art pieces. These pieces will be also subsequently be showcased on DAFA's online gallery!
